The PADI IE June 2015 was successful

Indeed, it is official, the PADI IE June 2015 was successful for our PADI IDC candidates of the May 2015 PADI IDC in Moalboal in conjunction with PADI 5* IDC Center ‘Neptune Diving Adventure‘ at Panagsama beach near Moalboal.

Karsten and Matt are two very proud and are now brand new PADI Open Water Scuba Instructors on the block. It took two long days of lots of waiting and nerve control with little bursts of action in-between the waiting but at last, they heard the final word that they passed and all the efforts they made during the PADI IDC did pay off.

They not only passed but they passed with good scores as well and they maintained our 100% pass rate for our Moalboal PADI IDC’s! They both nailed the theory and general standards exams with confidence, went on to breeze through the confined water presentation and the last part of the first day was the Knowledge Development  or their classroom presentation which they also got down to a tee!

The next day saw only one part left, the Open Water dive which is always a cliffhanger, since there’s no room for error, since there’s no make up on this part. Eventually they both managed to pass their two open water presentations and their ‘Rescue scenario exercise 7’, unconscious diver at the surface demonstration and after another waiting period (there were eleven participants) the party could start and we could officially state that the PADI IE June 2015 was successful!

It was great to see such a very international group of new instructors around, originating from Australia, Germany, Sweden, South Korea and the Philippines, among others.

We also give a big hug and congratulations to Marlies, who  completed her PADI IDC Staff course, well done!

Come and join us for our next PADI IDC in Moalboal, scheduled to start 14th September 2015!
