Ils sont d’un professionnalisme et d’une sympathie remarquable, réactifs et disponibles à tout moment. La formation était intense mais géniale ! En plus d’une équipe professionnelle il y a à Neptune Diving Centre and Resort un réel esprit d’équipe et une ambiance familiale. Le restaurant juste au dessus du centre de plongée est également tip top !
Nice place and well located with a great team. I spent my PADI instructorship with Mr. Johan Blixt as Course Director, Mr. Andreas Westphal as Assistant Instructor and Mr. Martin de Boer as instructor. They are remarkably professional and sympathetic, responsive and available at all times. The training was intense but awesome! In addition to a professional team, there is a real team spirit and a family atmosphere at Neptune Diving Center and Resort. The restaurant just above the dive center is also tip top!

It was fun and nice learning. Just if you don’t understand something just ask and you will be given with answers . Lots of practice exams also ..
Also with the rescue and water exercise it was very easy for us already during the exam because we practiced it very often during the IDC .
All in all was good. Good location, easy access to the water ..

I’ve done my IDC at Neptune Diving Resort with the coolest Course Director Mr.Johan Blixt and IDC staff instructor Martin, they were so very nice and accommodating,help me also a lot of stuffs during my course.
It was fun with my co-candidates, it was challenging also.
There class room is nice and was orgnized and there dive shop is near to the beach.

Definitely take the IDC (Instructor Development Course) after the Divemaster was a good decision. There are several advantages to continue the PADI curriculum education. After taking the divemaster in the same dive shop. The IDC most of the time is no more than two weeks and there are tons many things to learn. Not just the theory, also the practical part. Because of the novel situation this year. Johan made sure we had special extra time of one month to prepare for the IE (Instructor Exam). Neptune Diving Resort provides all the support that is necessary to complete successfully this course. The professionalism and experience with the materials. I would take the opportunity to say thank you to the Course Director Johan and the IDC staff Instructor Irish. For all those months of training and friendship. Thanks to all of the team in Neptune. including all the Divemasters, boatmen, cookers and staff in charge of the logistic. Their staff is always willing to help and are aware of what it is needed. This is improving the experience and giving a premium service and a mesmerizing time.

We learn a lot in this time and it was everyday with a lot of FUN.
The way how you guys teach us was great. Very calm and clear to understand with many examples from the normal days.
The Time in the Water and in the Classroom was great and lot of fun. We learned so many new things everyday.
It was very nice that it was strict. Also not stress full at the same time during the whole IDC. We learnt different ways how to do different Courses and presentation. There where different instructors helping us. All with great knowledge. If it was Irish, Johan or Thomas who helped Ben or did a briefing or Presentation. All did it very well with a calm way and explained it all very good and was every time open for Questions.

All started on March 4 2019, I started my DM course at Neptune diving Resorts Moalboal. A bit nervous but the Neptune family took care of me and soon I had a lot of new friends. I got the feeling, I really love to come here every day and have fun. 3 months later I was done with the DM course.
I decided quickly that I really wanted to continue with the IDC with started next month. I started to study on my own and Johan gave me some old DM tests. A few days later we got our instructor crew pack and started to study.
On July 23 2019 the IDC started and we were well prepared. Everyone was a bit nervous again. We met our course director Ben. During the next 2 weeks we practiced a lot in the pool. In open water and tests that’s similar what would be on the IE. If we had trouble with something they really helped us understand. Ben told us none of you are going to fail the IE.
All of us from Neptune passed the IE with highest scores.
Many thanks to Neptune, Johan, Irish and Thomas! You guys helped us a lot with tips and tricks and made it fun. Big thanks to Ben, you are an excellent course director with great knowledge. Also thanks to the rest of the staff of Neptune family.

I had a great time doing my instructor development course and master scuba diver trainer prep course with Camille. Lots of wonderful suggestions on how to be a better diver and instructor. In the class of 3 we had plenty of laughs and still got the work done. We even finish the idc ahead of schedule so we had more time to rest before the instructor exam. If I had to do it again I would definitely go to Camille.

To say I was nervous about doing the PADI IDC would be an understatement. At the start I really felt uneasy about my ability to pass the IE. Fortunately I had Camille there to help guide me along the way. After just the first day of the IDC with Camille. All of the stress started to melt away and I started to feel confident. Camille and Neptune Diving Resorts are running a challenging but fun IDC. Its situated just a few meters from the House Reef (Sardine Run). That making it an ideal location. I recently completed and passed my IDC and IE with Camille in Moalboal. First moment I met Camille. I knew he would be a good tutor and mentor as he was approachable. Very friendly, relaxed and had a good sense of humour. The whole structure of the course worked well and there wasn’t an overload of information at any point. Their presentations were always interesting. He always included appropriate anecdotes when needed. The requirements for the practical presentations were well explained and demonstrated throughout the week. The feedback was always honest and concise as to what was not quite right. They where always happy to answer any questions we had, of which there were many. During the entire IDC and IE, I felt Camille provided excellent support. All in all I have never felt more prepared for an exam in my life.

Jag gjorde ett slags Zero to Hero program med det goa folket på Neptune. Bästa med det var att Johan som är manager på stället är göteborgare precis som mig själv! Irish deras lokala instruktör e grymt duktig hon med. Jag har varit så grymt imponerad av deras sätt att göra kurser. Så jag tog beslutet att bli en av dom! Jag bestämde mig för att göra IDCn med Camille. Detta var nått jag sent kommer att glömma. Kursen med Camille var riktigt bra men samtidigt en del påfrestande efter som min teoretiska sida inte är den bästa. Johan och Irish hjälpte till så satt jag klarar allt.
Jag kan med lätthet säga att jag rekommenderar dessa grabbar och tjejer till alla som nånsin har funderat på att bli instruktör. Camille e roten i PADI systemet. Utan honom så tror nog allt att det hade åt skogen. En bättre PADI Platinum Course Director får man leta efter!

I made a sort of Zero to Hero program with the amazing people at Neptune. Best thing about it was that Johan the manager of the place is also from Gothenburg just like myself! Irish their local instructor is really good too. I was very impressed by their way to make their courses. So I took the decision to become part of them! I decided to do the IDC with Camille. This is something I will never forget . The course with Camille was really good. At the same time sometimes a bit stressful for me since my theoretical side is not the best. Johan and Irish made it easy for me so i passed.
I can easily say that I can recommend Neptune to all who ever thought about becoming a PADI instructor. Camille who is the root of the PADI system. Without him in the front I think it all wouldn’t have been possible. A better PADI Platinum Course Director will be difficult to find!

I entered the IDC in Moalboal, thought by Camille, with little to no expectations. From day one it was clear that this was a serious course. Though there where always time for a dive story or a laugh.
We where a small group of three. That gave us plenty of time to get feedback from Camille and get individual teaching if needed. The result was that we all passed the IE. It was a great feeling being scored on my performance during the IDC. This made me want to improve even further.
I found this experience really enjoyable, Camille was an excellent teacher and I learned a lot. If you’re thinking about doing the IDC – Camille is the guy to contact.

Danke Camille, IE geschafft, ab sofort Instruktor. Ohne Deine gute Vorbereitung und ohne Deine Genauigkeit hätte das sicher nicht geklappt. Ich bin mit der Vorstellung nach Moalboal gekommen, dass IDC / IE ähnlich einfach werden würden wie der DiveMaster Kurs und wurde dann von Dir eines besseren belehrt. Am Ende war es viel Arbeit, vor allem auch, um das Padi System richtig zu verstehen und umzusetzen. Denn es geht um mehr als „nur“ tauchen. Danke also auch für Deine Geduld, Deine Beharrlichkeit und Deine guten Tipps. Ich hab es Dir bestimmt nicht einfach gemacht 🙂
However (um mal bei dieser immer wiederkehrenden Vokabel zu bleiben): Ich fand, dass die specialties am Ende doch etwas lieblos abgehandelt wurden. Vor allem im Vergleich zu dem grossen Aufwand, den Du zuvor betrieben hast. Ist aber wahrscheinlich der Tatsache geschuldet, dass wir am Ende alle ganz schön fertig waren.
Insoweit: Weiter so. Und hoffentlich wieder einfachere Idc-Kandidaten

After hearing good things about Camille from his previous students. I decided to do my idc with him in the Philippines. From the start it was clear i had made the right choice. They helped with organizing and understanding the aspects of the idc. Once the classroom work started he was just as helpful. A la recherche d’un centre pour faire mon IDC, j’ai été conseillé par un ami qui m’a recommandé le centre PADI 5* Neptune Diving Adventure de Panagsama Beach, Moalboal. Le centre est idéalement situé, près de la mer, il n’y a qu’une rue (sans voitures) à traverser pour se mettre à l’eau. Les cours se sont donnés dans la salle de formation du centre, salle équipée de tout le nécessaire pédagogique et d’air conditionné, ce qui ne gâche rien à certaines heures de la journée.
Bien que les cours soient donnés en anglais, ce qui est indispensable si on envisage de donner un jour cours dans la région, Camille maîtrise le français et n’a eu aucun problème à revenir en français sur des points que j’avais mal compris ou à me donner des explications supplémentaires en français. L’IDC s’est étallé sur 9 jours et les cours sont donnés par Camille assisté de Johan. Ils avaient été précédé quelques jours auparavant par le cours d’EFRI, donné par Johan. Un bon point pour l’organisation et la planification des cours, qui étaient suffisamment étalés que pour permettre d’avoir un peu de temps entre les cours et avant le jour de l’examen pour préparer mes spécialités (MSDT) et travailler un peu plus mes points faibles pour le jour de l’IE.
Cerise sur le gâteau, cette édition de l’IE s’est faite à Moalboal, en terrain connu et nous n’avons pas eu à nous déplacer pour nous rendre sur les lieux de l’examen, ce qui aurait pu nous faire perdre un jour ou deux. Merci à Camille et Johan pour leur patience, leur pédagogie et leur disponibilité qui m’ont bien préparé et permis de passer avec succès l’IE. Merci au staff de Neptune Diving pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Et aussi merci à Steve mon condisciple lors de cette formation qui a également passé son IE avec succès.

I took an IDC with Camille Lemmens at Neptune Diving Adventure, after which I said I would write a recommendation. So, while this holds a small apology to Camille for taking so long, it also comes with much more meaning. Since the IDC I have now taught many OW courses. Even more AOW course. Some rescue and DM courses. The information and knowledge passed on by Camille and Johan not only made Passing the IE achievable. Also has played a big part in the way I have handled my own students.
The best way to show my level of respect for the skills and professionalism that I experienced during my IDC. Is to send my Dive Masters to Neptune. That is what I am doing at the end of Nov. I will continue to send Neptune Instructor candidates. With Neptune I can be sure they will get the best instruction and many tips which will help them throughout their career. Camille arbeitet mit der richtigen Mischung aus Seriöstiät und Humor. Man fühlt sich bei Ihm immer wohl aufgehoben, da sein Vorgehen strukturiert und mit tiefgründigem Wissen verknüpft ist. Die Arbeit mit Ihm hat mir sehr viel Spaß bereitet, auch wenn ich hin und wieder ein paar Anlaufschwierigkeiten hatte, Camille stand mir bis zum Ende tatkräftig zur Seite. Was ich als größten Vorteil empfand ist, dass er uns immer angespornt hat in ständiger Verbesserung zu arbeiten, indem er auf Details hinwies. Dadurch konnte ich ohne Furcht (dennoch mit ein wenig Aufregung) am IE teilnehmen und es getrost bewältigen. Noch mal ein herzliches Dankeschön an Camille und Johan, seinen Assistenten, die uns Mental und persönlich auf unserem Weg zum Tauchlehrer begleitet und unterstützt haben.

After 12 days of preparation during the IDC, I manage to get through the IE and my MSDT after. This success wouldn’t be possible if not because of Camille and his staff Johan in Neptune Diving Adventure. Those days of IDC I was well prepared especially with the areas that I was weak. They gave me pointers that really was specific and detailed on all the areas that I need to cover. Which made it easy in the IE. Upon my MSDT I got plenty of ideas on how to make courses more exciting. Which I know is a very good tool in this industry.

Am 23. Mai 2014 startete ich in Moalboal bei Neptune Diving Adventure mit dem IDC. Nach längerem Emailverkehr im Voraus fand der IDC mit nur einem Kandidaten, das war ich, statt. Hier schon ein grosses Dankeschön an die Flexibiltät von Camille, aber auch an Johan von Neptune Diving Adventure. Wie gesagt, ich war der einzigste Student, das bedeutet: ich war dauernd dran, es gab nicht andere Studenten, die zwischendurch ihre Präsentation machten, nein ich war dauernd dran! Genau davon profitierte ich sehr.
Mit Camille’s mega Erfahrung nach über 100 IDC’s konnte ich sehr profitieren. Camille arbeitet mit den Studenten sehr zielorientiert, d.h.: er legt viel Wert auf die richtigen Details! Dies kam mir im Instructor Examen sehr zu Gute. Ich schätzte einerseits das umfassende Fachwissen von Camille, seine praktikablen Hilfestellungen für das Examen, seine strenge und konstruktive Bewertung bei den Skills bzw. Präsentationen und besonders sein Einfühlungsvermögen für Menschen. Gerne empfehle ich Camille als professionellen Course Director!
